I have used glutamine for awhile, and have read about it in flex magazine, on the boards, etc. I hear that it SHOULD be taken. Now I am reading that glutamine is a waste of money. What is everyone's opinion on this.
I think there is alot of stuff out there that doesn't do a damn thing,I'm not sure if this is one of them,but I too hear conflicting reports on it all the time.
Actually my feeling is, if it made a noticable difference it probably would be. I never noticed a damn difference. Took a couple grams a day for about 2 months. I'm only one person though.
my best experiences with glutamine came when using about 60grams of peptide bonding glutamine while working out 2x a day. lifting in the morning and then judo/mma at nite
I recall Spatts saying that it is helpful with DOMS - but when you use the peptide form, not the usual stuff. G-plenish I think was the brand she referenced.
