Can I use Leterozol instead of Dostinex for Tren Gyno?

If it is, where can I get it? Dostinex is $200! Need to get it as soon as possible before gynecomastia gets worse!!!

I have a small lump under my left nipple and right nipple is just sore.

I am going to start Clomid but can I just get Letrozol instead of Dostinex? Dostinex is $200 and Letrozol is $55. Do I have to have both?
