Is Bianabol counterfitted?

Is Bianabol ever counterfitted and if you had some organon Deca in 50mg amps, but one amp was taller than the others (even though they were all the same lot #), would you be concerned?
Any way to tell if Bianabol are fake? they crush but into a couple small chunks not powder?
My Bianabol came loose in a sealed baggy, not a blister pack??

I was just wondering, havent used either yet. Probably nothing to worry about because both are from a reliable source
