My goal is 230 8% bf, right now 240 12%bf.
Right now I'm trying to rehap. a bad elbow
that the doctors can't figure out what's wrong with.
That means no upper body work, just legs and cardio:(
But the good news is my legs are doing great.:)
 
im 17 also bro same height as you but im about 170 at 16%bf

sucks being small when all these giants are on the board dont it

YES!!!

on the plus side im bigger than nmost of my friends. comes in useful for football, they all just bounce of me :)

hey dont forget ur only 17. thats a lot of years training u got to look foward too. i wish i started properly at 17, id be big now :(

I'm in my 30's and just getting serious. I am a towering 5'5" and massive 155 lbs. :bawling:
Aiming to reach 170 lbs. by my birthday at the end of Oktober.
Working with one of George's "stacks," and I plan to be posting befores soon and afters 8 weeks later.
 
id like to gain about 10-15 pounds of muscle this winter, this is a good post...we should make a new post of just stats before winter, and dig it up after and see if we achieved or not...

i am bigger musclewise then all my friends i have a few fat ones and skinny ones and they all like my body,i hate it,it sucks i guess,but right now id be happy with 200lbs even if my bf% is 15-17 i dont need abs or have much desire to be ripped

and i just put a new picture up on the pictures of our members board if you all could stop by and look at it i need some advice
 
Heres more, by the time Im done with my spring cycle I want to Have 18-19 inch (inch and a quarter to reach 18') arms and 28-30 inch legs (2 1/2 inches to reach 28)

I also wanna be able to rep 400 (can get 315 for 5 now)and squat around 4-5 hundred as well (my squat sux, it tends to match my bench)
 
wow, i feel small for cutting from 180 to 161. but i went from 15% to 8%. i may hit up a contest in dec......so i guess no thanksgiving bulking. DOH!
