Right here's my goals for the next few month's. I intend competing in May next year. I started a cycle 2 weeks ago when my stats were 6'2'' @ 245lbs, at todays weight in I was 252lbs but the abs are disappearing, although still very firm. The cycle is enanth. 750mg per week for 10 weeks, Anapolon 50x 2 per day for 4 weeks switching to d/ball @ 40mgs per day for 6 weeks, deca @ 400mg per wk throught out and starting primo @ 300mg at wk 4-10, just because I have them left over. Then it's a break from juicing untill after christmas when I should hopefully start my contest preparation. I'll need to be at least 260lbs at christmas before the cycle because at 6'2'' I don't look 'beefy' enough at a lower weight. Checkout my avatar at 240 lbs clean. I'm tall with long limbs so I really need that body weight up.
I have a picture of my lastest cycle on the anabolic pix board, have a look at it for fun !.
Buck all this depends on how my working hours and conditions go over the next few month, you should know how demanding the military can be on your BB'ing goals.

Buck what happened to your cutting cycle???? You have been 250 forever now...... Did you blow it off or what?

BTW... big guys in football with no strength = getting their shit pushed all over the field. Big muscles and no strength is for looks. Good Luck

I'm where I wanna be strength wise....yes, I've been cutting, but as I cut, I've been increasing muscle. (I've actually been putting on lean mass while cutting)
 
I have been doing weighloss for since pretty much winter 2000 after getting lazy as fucke a for a year prior to that and I hit 265 at 5'9.I have dropped approx 55lbs since then.Did this by just eating right 5 days out of 7 and training and cardio. Learned my lesson from the past by dropping or gaining weight too fast

Just coming off a 2 week break for personal reasons and needing a break from a few aches and slight injuries.

I have another month of the weightloss then my goals are as follows.

Short term Sept-Feb: Rebuild any lost lean mass incurred and add some new mass to my frame while keeping the fat gain part under control, drug free for now but will look into vitamin T sometime into this. Basically get my weight back to a decent 210-220 but keep bodyfat level resonable( If I do a cycle I have no clue how much I will gain, I will set that goal when the time comes)

Long Term summer 2002: Be absolutely shredded at aprox the 200lbs mark more or less.

As far as strength I strive to be as strong and functional as possible at all times.

Well May it was an honest mistake...some people unlike yourself make those. I have a meet on Dec 1st and the weigh in is the day before...Nov 30th thank you very much.

As for the fat and stupid comment...since I know that was a quote (Animal House I think) I will not take offense to it. Besides if you truly meant it as an insult you are showing your ignorance by talking about what you don't know. Of course ignorance is bliss so you must walk around smilin all day.

Read a book huh??! I would venture to guess that I am as well read as you are. So don't bother...and if you want a real education come lift with me some time.

this skinny mofo is hoping to gain gain gain some muscle and then hopefully by spring i'll be closer to what i want...

arms are coming along nicely though (god i'm posting this again.. heehee):
 
by christmas i wouldnt mind adding 10lbs while staying about the same body fat,dont need abs cuz it will be winter ,i jsut want to fill out bigger shirts,theres possiblity for a nice cycle of fina/sust but ill have to see how i am financially
