I'm 5'9"ish, 162, 10-12%. My upper back is ripped to shreds <No point, just proud of it.>
Short term: Hit 170, drop body fat down, get better cardio endurance. Hopefully start to see a lot more of definition throughout the body especially in the mid section.
Long term: 195-200, 8%.
Quick rant: I hate how girls think guys from boy bands are built, but a guy that is say Buck's size is "too big". Being skinny is now considered the "in" thing, and it makes me sick. B/c they can see every bone in their body does not constitute as "ripped, buff, built, or any other word teenie boppers use". I'm done.
