introductions

hi all,

i decided i should introduce myself... i've been lifting for three years off and on, and i've lurked around here from time to time.

these pics were taken a year ago, when i was around 190-195. i'm 6'3" and 22 y/o. since then i've lost some weight thanks to lack of discipline (partly from losing my training partner) and to successive bouts with the flu and food poisoning. i'm about 175 now.

my eventual goal is 215-220, well-defined and proportional. and i want to be able to kick my "little" brother's ass (he has about 30 lbs. on me). mostly i'm here looking for motivation and diet tips... i have a wicked fast metabolism and gaining is a bitch. i want to stay natural (i think).

when i'm behaving, i work out three times a week with a three-day split (push, pull, legs) and eat 2800-3000 kcals w/ 160 g protein. some day i'll post details on my workout for critique.

looks good from what i can see the pictures are kind of small.... but you seem to have a good base to work with !!! maybe post these for non - plats ae well.

keep it up and train hard !!!

Looking pretty solid. I am in almost the same boat as you. I am 6'3" and about 190-195, though I was at 165-170 for three years before I found this place and learned to do it right. I was up to 205 in Jan, but I wanted to lose some bf since I was getting major love handles. 220 with around 12% bf is my longterm goal right now as well.
 
a little extra weight would suit you. you have a great face but could stand to put on a few lbs. that is why god invented juice!
