Just like to introduce myself. I was a member of the board a LONG time ago, got away from everything and now I’m back. All the things I thought I knew are just about worthless now, hence I’ve been doing a lot of reading. Most importantly I know how to use the search. 
Stats… a pathetic 190lbs, BF in the high teens at 5’6”. Time to stop screwing around and get busy. Thanks to everyone for all the “new” info I’ve gotten over the last few months.
