Interesting Titus update

furniture is gaudy.
His gym looks like all machines, no free weights except dumbbells.

definitely not my taste, but still, a half million dollar house for a BB of Titus' caliber is pretty good...

Dude, the median price for homes in most major metro areas is $400-$500k. It is not uncommon for two income families of modest means (ex: cops, firemen, nurses, etc.) to live in "half million dollar" homes. That is a nice house though. You'd pay 3/4 million for that house in my neighborhood.

lol
that house would be about 1.5 million where I live

hell I paid 550K for my 1700 sqft town home and i bought the dam thing 1st phase 10 months before it was even built

Yeah I was just about to say that too. I paid $780K for my first townhome, That thing right there would be a nice $1.5-2mil home round here. I Like the backyard though...

You guys are right, it would cost in excess of a million in most large metropolitan areas.
Especially with the pool. .13 acres is kind of smaill though. But even where I live, where most parcels are .25 acres or more, people are sacrificing a back/front yard and just building 5+ bedroom mini-mansions.

He wasn't a great bodybuilder, but he would regularly finish in the top 5-10 of a lot of contests. That alone gets the sponsors coming. His wife probably made a decent living.

I never liked him for some reason. Does any bodybuilder other than Arnold Schwarzenegger exude charisma?

I was shocked when I saw the price of the his house at only 550k. Just like everyone has already said, around where I live that shit would be a million plus easily. Maybe the house is priced low because of the evil shit that went down? I don't know but whatever the case, thats a steal.

Nice place, but the decor is kind of ugly. Too dark for me. And that bedroom. Ugh.

Yup, looks like a damn nice house with brutal discount warehouse furniture. That being said, that house would go for 1.5-2.0 mil in my city.

Wtf is with that gym? All I see is machines....

ya that gym is all machines,.... and I don't know why it is so cheap?

And an extension ladder, for breaking into your guests rooms.

maybe because it is LV. lot of ppl move there because it is less expensive to buy house. looks like awful place to live, all hot and transient.

Good point. In the middle of a desert, that makes sense.

That would be a 3+ million dollar house where I live. 550k gets you a single car garage townhouse in my area. And if you think thats bad, 15 minutes down the road a townhouse is 1-1.5 million dollars.

LV is awesome to visit but after a while i bet it would suck. Lot of excessive gamblers and alcoholics wasting away their lives there. It would get depressing to see that after a while plus its pretty cold in LV in the winter and the summer is hot as fuck.

where the hell do you live?

my guess is san francisco. my house is very nice (2400sq feet, brand new, hardwood throughout, granite slabs everywhere, built ins, crown molding, soaking tub, big water view in money magazines #2 ranked "best place to live" and for 700k I could get myself a crappy 1 bedroom condo in SF and not even in the best parts.

nice house gay furniture and fans. that house around me would be 1.5mil easy. my 20 yr old 2000sq' ranch on 110X115lot would sell for 475,000 today. house prices are fucked up. i bet he could have bought that house in vegas 7 or 8 years ago for 250,000. my boy moved to vegas in 1996 and bought a sick ass 2 story whatever w/ all white brick, paver driver w/ fountain and built in pool for under 190,000.

5-10 years ago houses like that were only about 250k in the Vegas area. Real Estate has really gone up in that area due to demand. That's an avg. price. Where I live, that house would be about 1-1.5 mil. Where I moved from, asking price on a house like that would be about 275k. It's all about location.

The location of their house sucks imo, right off trop near walmart, go figure.
Up closer to red rock is a nicer area where you can get a NEW 4-5 bed 3000sf 3 car, pool, wood, granite upgrades galore for $560k. I have ben house hunting in wlv and from what I have seen, their house overpriced, and ugly. oh, and no transient drunk gamblers in summerlin!

Wholey crap! You couldn't get the garage for that price where I live. Nice place. From that to a cell, shows you how fast life can take a turn for the worst. :worried:
