Interesting stuff about gyno surgery..

First of all this thread is mainly for those of us who have had their gyno removed surgically. I heard that in alot of cases the surgeon can actually cut out some of your pectoral muscle by mistake and leave sort of a divit in your chest around your nipple. Almost like a hole.
When I had mine done I noticed this quit cleary but in time it's filled out. But I can still see the divits if I extend my arms back or even if I flex my chest.
Anyone else have anything like this?

Yes. I had two large lumps under each nipple. The doctor described them as "golf ball size" after the surgery. I had no lipo done, and my right peck didn't seem as full as my left. 6 weeks after surgery i hit my second cycle, and i grew enough that it's not noticable anymore...

I got gyno from prohormones
The surgery was 4k, no Insurance coverage
Im alot happier now
I feel the surgeon should have also used lipo for better results

i had gyno surgery done only a few months ago, my nipples are still puffy but they look a lot better then they did before when i have my shirt off. im a bit disappointed that theyre still puffy but im thinking of trying some yohimburn to get rid of the puffiness. i also have a divit on my right pec, but im hitting my first cycle since the surgery so hopefully it will fill out.

Ya, I had gyno surgery 4 yrs. ago and my doctor did a shit job. I too have a little bit of muscle that is now missing. The doctor who did it claims that he had done a lot of gyno surgeries so I took his word for it. What a mistake. I should've definetely gone to a plastic surgeon. My chest does look a lot better now than it did before, but I feel that he fucked me up a little bit. Oh well, at least I don't look like a 12 year old girl anymore.

When you get the operation done go to a good plastic surgeon. If you don't get it done right, you'll probably end up going back to a plastic surgeon at some point later in your life when the divots become more obvious. At that point, what the plastic surgeon will do is basically two things, first, lipo all around the divot to help even things out, and second, perhaps inject some fat back under the nipple to fill in the divot. At that point, if he was skilled, you should then be fixed up OK, after a couple months of healing. Also a good plastic surgeon will give you numerous follow-up treatments with ultrasound to help you heal up.
