Insurance on omega's packages

Does anyone know if Omega insures his USPS packages? I am currently out $95 and and am getting a big run around.

Hate to do it this way, but hopefully this post will draw attention and get my matter resolved.

He ordered a long time ago and GOT the package as stated on the USPS tracking.

Thus any grievance should be handled between him and USPS.

They automatically insure up to the amount he lost so he should follow the due process that usps offers for this matter.

This should of been taken up in an email or PM first before posting things like this on an open board, that is true disrespect, and if you did then I apologize. And yes any business will tell you that if it was delivered it is YOUR responsibility to make sure the package gets picked up off your doorstep NOT the companies.

he did PM me before and I said he should use USPS, and that they do offer due process.

I steered him to USPS sinc eon our end it indeed showed delivered.

Even with that fact I was also willing to do something nice for the gentlemen, but now after this thread I feel kinda shafted.

Either way if he follows protocol he will get his $$ back from USPS
