since it seems just impossible to obtain insulin without prescription where I live,I wanted to ask to my source if he should send me some humalog.
My question is : how many times can slin stay out of a fridge ? and in a cold pack ?

maybe someone can answer my question. Im starting a slin cycle Jan. 6th 2003 with humalog. My question is if humalog is active in about 15-30 minutes and becomes unactive in about 4 hours, am I wanting to eat a lot of protein during those 4 hours without fat? I know to take 100g carbs with 50g protein immediately after injection, but can someone just go over what I do in those 4 hours briefly??

you must eat a shake with dextrose+prot immediatly after the shot and one hour after you must eat a meal made of complex carbs+protein...take all the informations necessary about the "post slin shot" cuz it can save your life bro...
ALWAYS have a soda or something with free sugar with you and if you feel one of the bad effects of hypo,take it IMMEDIATLY or things should be wrong for you...
