Insulin Mimickers!

I have always swore on ALA as an excellent insulin mimicker, especially in diverting blood glucose into muscle cells. However, I stumbled on info about a plant extract, found in pine trees & legumes called d-pinitol (3-0-methyl-chiroinositol). Its contained in both pinnacle's Insulene and EAS's SyntheVol HP.

Anyone has any experience or added info on d-pinitol?

Never heard of it but if you think its a good thing I would recomend eating some legumes or chewing on a 2X4 before going out and spending a ton of money on an unproven bill phillips product.
