It happens to a lot of people. Some people are just extremely intense...and that is the whole purpose of working out..be intense...get big.
As far as the way it affects you compared to the way it affects others???? I would say that eveyone is different. I have puked on more than one occasion, especially after a leg workout.
There have been times that I just kind of collapse on my steps when trying to go inside the house...Just can't seem to make those last few feet without a rest.

so if youare looking for an "Atta boy"...Here ya go, Atta boy, keep up the hard work, it will pay off in the end.

I do that. But im on that juice. I work out until my arms and legs cant stand it anymore. I like intense, makes me feel like I did something in the gym.

thats a fucking great feeling. its almost like a high for me. its ok for you to do that, just make sure you dont pass the fuck out while your driving.

That's the only way I train, PERIOD! Especially off cycle, my weights might not be the same as when i'm on but that's the only way to keep some size and strength from the previous cycle.

Keep it up bro!

Yes. My attitude has always been to get in and out of that gym ASAP. I know what I have to do and I do it. 40 minutes is the length of my work-out and boy its intense. On juice I do an extra set heavy, but still 50 minutes- 1 hour and I'd be aware I haven't left yet.

definately need to train super hard off cycle. i focus my goals on making my max effort strength as near my relative strength as possible. only way to do this is to push it to that limit. my strength on cycle doesn't even jump up that much anymore and thats how i measure my ability. if i'm moving awesome weight naturally i could care less how much my weight would increase on cycle.

man i probably puke after/ during training once or twice a month due it being so intense. it is a good thing trian your nuts off go wild i have passed out a couple of times also but that was due to doing rowing HIT in the morning on an empty stomach. then i got off an collapsed kinda funny when i came around.

train hard or go home if i dont puke i aint worked ou hard enough whcih is why i only like to lift 3x per week as it keep the intensity well high. if i start trianinng 4 or 5x a week i get lazy in each session.

so no what you are fdong is good keep it up.

I used to be like that. Now I just get very winded. But, my sets have been cut way down. I'm clean most of the time, so I know my limits with number of sets. Try to keep everything as intense as possible. But, when I was getting to that state you described in original post, I wouldn't grow. I would overtrain no matter how many rest days I took (well within reason that is). So, now I try to keep my intensity at maximum, but my sets / reps at bare minimum to stimulate. There's a point when you just tax the overall nervous system too much. But, everyone has a different limit. See how your current training pays off and go from there. I haven't taken more than a week off of training in 5 years. I keep improving little by little as a result of really finding my "groove." And, kudos on hitting it hard!

Whenever I train Legs. Squats make me throw up after. I law down on the floor for atleast 15 minutes after. Can't walk at all.

Yup...I've been off AAS for a while now. I play college football, and after lifting, plyos, rolling on the mats for jiu-jitsu, sprints and stair climbs I'm pretty spent. I feel good, keep up the good work.
