12 week cycle. This is my second cycle first was test only

Week 1-12 Sust 250 x 2wk
Week 1-4 Dbol 30mg ED
Week 3-12 Arimidex .5mg ED

Help me on when to run my HGC please?

Clomid and Nolva on deck

How should I spread out taking the dbol throughout the day? they are 10mg each.

What kind of liver support and supplements do you guys recommend?

My personal opinion is that on 500mg/wk test or less you should be able to run HCG2x a week at 250IU or so throughout the cycle to keep atrophy to a minimum and get a little natural test kick. Then run it a few weeks past end of cycle at same dose.

0.5mg adex/ed is too much for 500mg test even with 30mg dbol, make it eod and keep it running with pct, r u so sensitive to estro.?

take the dbol 3 times a day 1 tab each time , u aren't stressing ur liver that much in ur cycle but in case u prefer to support ur liver milk thistle 500mg/ed after u finish the dbol.
