Anyone know if there is a specicic AAS I can use to strengthen ligaments/tendons. Fo some reason during the past 10 weeks I have strained a ligament in my foot and my upper arm. Any suggestions would be great.
Been on Test-p for about ten weeks at 100 eod

equip, or deca. they help ur ligaments out. test makes ur muscles grow too fast for ur ligaments to catch up. tis why some ppl get injured sometimes when on AAS. also maybe glucosimine and fish oil might help.

Deca, Dr's even recommend it for us old guys on HRT who still try to lift like we are in our 20's to help the joint issues.

only deca and equipoise trigger production of precursors that aid soft tissue damage (i use around 100 of deca when i do a lot of miles of training--a little goes a long way, but my damage is just age, not trauma)

the better mothod is Prolotherpy from an orthopod. The only proven method to actually speed-up the process.

Everyone keep in mind that ANY injury should be tended to first by a doctor. AAS for joint pain problems only helps dull the pain because your body is retaining more water thus making your bersa sacs in the joints more full which cushions your joints better. You still must exercise caution when working out any injured joint because you can actually cause more damage due to the fact that you can't feel the pain. Just because you don't feel pain doesn't mean that you aren't causing more damage. Thats why most physical therapy is done over a long period of time for what would seem to be the most simple of injuries.

Go see a doctor.

Patient: "My shoulder hurts"

Doctor: "It hurts when you do what?"

Patient: "It hurts when I do this"

Doctor: "I see.... ok, stop doing that. Would you like some pain killers?"

Deca at 200 mgs a week will do wonders, cut back on training intensity by 15% as well till it really builds in the system.

Well you could go with the IGF also. Especially for low back issues.

Thanks for the advice. This is probably notweworthy for anyone using AAS, My Doctor prescribed me LEVAQUIN for a sinus infection. After taking it I decided to read up on it, and found out that taking this anti-biotic makes your tendons and ligaments more vulnerable to injury. Since taking it I have strained a ligament in my foot, and a tendon in my pec/bicep.

I too am on Test Cyp and have a strain in my right elbow joint Hurts like hell but my bench is up so I tough it out with IBuprofen and heat/cold therapy.

Would like to try some deca though to see if that hekps. Have no desire to reverse the little gains I have worked for so far.
