ok, if im injecting sus 250 everyweek,
should i put it in the same arm everytime, spread it bettween both arms?

does it really make a diffrence?
this was my first shot last sun, and it kinda fucked up my arm for a bit, got red area, hurt real bad for a while. but now its fine. just wondering, cuz i dont want it to happen to the other arm like that again

Rotate the sites. Btw, soreness after sust inj is common. Chances are it'll happen to the other arm too.
