me too! I love it, it definitely helps keep my shoulders loose. My setup is:
Chest/Back
Legs
Shoulders/Arms
Active Rest Day (light cardio 25min & abs)
Chest/Back
Legs (light leg day)
REST

I've been doing a similar routine but this one is a bit more aggressive and this is my first week trying it so I'll see how it goes. I'm worried about overtraining a bit but my 2nd leg day is light so I think I should be ok.

I haven't been running it under hot water.......that definitely could help I bet. Do you run the vials under hot water or the actual needle, as I would think you would then have to change neeldes as the water is not completely clean.

Yeah I like doing Chest and Back in the same day. I stick to compound movements and usually do about 16 sets total so it's not really much of an overload, plus I sleep alot and eat alot :D

DO NOT RUN THE NEEDLE UNDER HOT WATER.

Tap water contains LOTS of bacteria, you will contaminate that needle. Even with the sheath on, some will get inside, for sure, and with the sheath, it will not adequately heat the needle. This will result in an abcess.

The best way that works for me is to put the vial under running warm water for a few before I draw it up. Definately had cut down on the soreness.

work it

The thing that helped me the most, was actually working the muscle a little after the inject. Immed. after inject I would massage for two minutes, then, lets say it was bicep, I would just do curls(no wieght) just flex really hard. There was a post on this a while back but it helped me alot.

I have to say I have never had a glute injection that made it hard for me to walk or painful enough to complain about ,not saying that they felt good but just not enough to say to much about .I always take it real slow going in and injecting ,maybe i'm just lucky so far.

After I load my syringe I put the needle on it and leave it capped, then I put the syringe back in it's wrapper and run the hot water over that, so there is no chance of contaminating the needle or the syringe. Works well for me. Still no pain after that lat injection yesterday.

What kind of prop are you using? If it's vet, then generally I find it only suitable for sticking in the butt and maybe the legs. Only high grade human stuff is suitable for site injection.
