Injection Site..Help

Ok so my ass, and now both shoulders are sore I guess Ill move to the Quads? Ive seen mixed places does anyone have a link actually showing where to inject in the thigh??

After every injection about to days later, the site gets hard and tender.. it sucks..any suggestions??
