injection problems

The last two times I have injected into my right leg ny knee has been swelling up. BAD. It seem like there is a lot of fluid just above my knee cap. I am taking 2mls in that leg every Monday, other leg on thursday. I am taking 1cc of enan and 1 cc of eq. Anyone know what the problem might be? I am not worried about infection I know whats up with injections, nursing student. I use good sterile tech.

Are you using the right length of pin. Depending on the BF you may not be injecting deep enough into the muscle which can cause inflamation.

same thing happened to me. glutes are no prob but when i do a quad im limpin for days. i think it is because i didnt inject deep enough. for some reason i get quezy when i do a quad hit so i shake a lot..lol i gues im a pussy

Shot in the dark, but, eq is knwon for making of sore joints, there are a lot of particulates in eq that can have a dramatic effect on the lymph nodes that are heaped all around the knee. Like I said, just a shot in the dark. Also, the chances of the med's may leach faster since the thigh is considerably more vascular.

I suggest you rotate sites and see how that works out for you. Try your delts....

My last shot on thursday..250 test e, I had the same thing happen. I didn't have the needle deep enough and thats why i have swelling around my knee. I'm gonna try delts next as Mr X suggests.

I've never heard of that EQ is hard on the joints.. Winny maybe

1inch needle isn't long enough? I have always used these same needles and always shot in the same spot. Its just been the last two injections.
