injecting first time, help me bros

i want to inject myself for the first time, ive tried a few times before, i usually get the needle in at get hot dizzy and want to puke, im scared shitless of needles. this has happend when i tried glutes and thigh.

ive had 2 cycles before and my g.f injected me in my glutes.

i want to inject in my thighs and its never been injected successfully, i have used 23G needles and struggled bad.

i now have 25G 1 inch needles, im using test e and deca need to inject 3ml in each thigh, is my needle too thin to inject these? it does seem it will take like 5min to inject it too!!

help me i dont want to ask my g/f agian, I CAN DO THIS!!

well, considering your 21(i havnt read your other posts)

having an initial phobia of needles doesnt help. But once you get in the habit, it WILL get easier to do.
Quads can be a bitch for some guys. For some it hurts like hell and for some its painless. Problem with quads IMHO is, the skin is a bit more sensitive. So the initial prick of the pin may hurt a bit. Theres alot more veins and blood vessels to hit in the quads. I couldnt get the pin more than 1/8" to 3/16" in my first few times. But once I sucked it up and got deeper it was fine.
I have hit my quads alot in the last 6 weeks. One thing I have learned for me personally is higher up on the outer sweep is less painfull than lower. If you havnt been there allready, go to spot injections.com and check it out.

You might want to consider delts too. the 25g 1" are the right pins for quads and delts for sure. But as far as delts, they are easy and 95% of the time(unless you knick a vein) totally painless.

Just take alot deep breaths and relax. You'll get it. Then you will be thinking what the hell was I worked up about

Lol I dont think he is concerned about the pain he just doesn't like them. All i can say is good luck. Try to think of something positive like how good your gonna build muscle.

pull your skin tight, grab the barrel with your index and thumb, use your pinky to rest your hand on your leg so it's stable. put the tip where you want to go in, do it slow. hold your breath for a couple of seconds ONLY, once it's in you will be able to push it. you've had it done before, it's the same shit bro..

you can also do it sitting down but it's easier to go in too deep on the quads like that. ive done it driving with a car full of people sleeping..lol.

I remember my arm wouldnt move. Id stand there with a full pin and the needle hovering over my glute, heart pounding and on the verge of freaking out totally.
Finally I downed a couple beers and went at it again. I was surprised that it actually hurt LESS than when I had someone else do it. Now its just a matter of not overthinking it and not stopping until its done. Pause and start worrying about it and you are fucked!
