Injecting B12

That is how I feel everytime I get a new batch of GH from China!
HA! I bet!

Pfft! I mean, I had surgery in a foreign country, bought my own surgical staple remover, removed my own drains, ect. So, I'm no stranger to taking my health into my own hands so to speak but for some reason the injection stuff messes with my head.

Meh...I'll cope!

Wow that is crazy. Removed your own staples too? Drains? Ugghhh.

you don't need scripts for insulin needles in ANY state. just like you don't need scripts for insulin (except novalog/humalog)

you shoot b12 subq anyways...you can do intramuscular but that's unneccessary scar tissue and poking. for a long time i didn't know you could go subq and i used to shoot it only IM.

veterinary b12 is fine, and VERY VERY cheap.

injecting b12 either IM or SC is fine too.

Why do you need b12 CM? Feel free to PM if you don't want to post that info here.

if you're talking about vitamin b complex (which you are) it's not the same thing. they only contain 100 mcg's of cyanacobalamin per ml. the usual dose is 1000mcg's...

anyone know a cheap place to get it these days? Ever since my favorite research place got busted a year or two ago i can't find it for a reasonable price.

$30 for a 30ml is the best i've seen

um, no i'm not...or I would've said "B Complex". And a big no shit they're not the same thing. I'm glad you're here to fill me in on that! WTF would I do without you? Now, I haven't bought the shit in years because I don't see any need for it honestly (outside of a legit medical need), but I'm pretty sure you can still buy it dirt cheap. With a quick google search, I see it being sold on vet supply websites for dirt cheap. About the same price I bought it for years ago.

So, since you don't know wtf you're talking about, don't assume I don't know wtf I'm talking about.

$30 for 30ml is a ripoff. Last time I bought it I think I paid about $10 for 100ml of 1000mcg/ml. And again, outside of a legit medical reason...why use it?

Copied from a bypass site:

Vitamin B12 Deficiency due to Gastric Bypass Surgery:

To be absorbed properly, Vitamin B-12 requires intrinsic factor from the gastric mucosa. In some stomach bypass patients vitamin B12 is not absorbed, even when supplements are taken, leading to pernicious anemia and neuropathies.

Unfortunately, pernicious anemia can really sneak up on you. My body probably depleated of it after 5 years. My June 2008 labs were at the low end of normal range. I've had fatigue, depression, eye twitching, small white spots on forearms that have lost pigment, cracked skin.

So...$45 per 30 (whatever units come in a little bottle) is a rip off, right?

Thanks you guys! I'm totally squared away now.

FYI: My Walgreen's has the hookup for the syringes. I'll order it online from a reliable source someone referred me.

Without the trust that the stuff is genuine and not tainted, you'd just inject and wait to see if it makes you die, lol! Scary! I feel good about where I'm ordering though :)

Thanks again!
Why don't you try liquid oral B12 first? I found a terrific B12 spray and it does work. Complete night and day compared to the sublingual tablets.

On my other computer I think I have the place I got it from in the past saved in my favorites. I will look when I get home in a few days (hope I remember!).
