Injecting B12

I have a sinking feeling that posing this in the AAS section was the wrong place so what better forum than here?

Does anyone here do this? Do you need a RX for the syringes? i know you need one for the vials of B12 and although it's available online, how do you know it's legit?

you can go into any pharmacy and get syringes and b12 inj version. You do not need a prescription well atlease here in canada you dont im sure its that same in the U.S.
Inject intra musclular only and make sure u asperate. ;)

There wouldn't be much point in faking B-12; it isn't expensive like GH would be.

Shaunblue: Believe it or not, this is one of the few things that's harder to get here in the US than in Canada. I did call and ask though. Any injectable you need an RX...boo, whah! :(

DT: Yeah, it's super cheap. But the blood tests that you need FOR the RX are $60 and the doctor's visit is $30 plus the prescription itself isn't even covered. So, since I'm such a bargain shopper I'll just bypass the middle man :)

i answered in your other thread, i've used it alot so ask away with any questions you have, are you in the states?

A` sponsor sells it here on this site. mucho dollars though
I actually get the vet grade stuff. Same shit

Check with what state you live in. Here in Mass we can go to pharmacy and get any kind of needle without prescription. Most states have now gone this route. Just call your local pharmacy chain (cvs, rite aid, osco drug, walgreen,) places and ask them if they sell IM needles.

I bought some a few months ago for like $25 per bottle, 30ML

Thanks you guys! I'm totally squared away now.

FYI: My Walgreen's has the hookup for the syringes. I'll order it online from a reliable source someone referred me.

Without the trust that the stuff is genuine and not tainted, you'd just inject and wait to see if it makes you die, lol! Scary! I feel good about where I'm ordering though :)

Thanks again!

That is how I feel everytime I get a new batch of GH from China!

HA! I bet!

Pfft! I mean, I had surgery in a foreign country, bought my own surgical staple remover, removed my own drains, ect. So, I'm no stranger to taking my health into my own hands so to speak but for some reason the injection stuff messes with my head.

Meh...I'll cope!

Wow that is crazy. Removed your own staples too? Drains? Ugghhh.

you don't need scripts for insulin needles in ANY state. just like you don't need scripts for insulin (except novalog/humalog)

you shoot b12 subq anyways...you can do intramuscular but that's unneccessary scar tissue and poking. for a long time i didn't know you could go subq and i used to shoot it only IM.

veterinary b12 is fine, and VERY VERY cheap.

injecting b12 either IM or SC is fine too.

Why do you need b12 CM? Feel free to PM if you don't want to post that info here.

if you're talking about vitamin b complex (which you are) it's not the same thing. they only contain 100 mcg's of cyanacobalamin per ml. the usual dose is 1000mcg's...

anyone know a cheap place to get it these days? Ever since my favorite research place got busted a year or two ago i can't find it for a reasonable price.

$30 for a 30ml is the best i've seen

um, no i'm not...or I would've said "B Complex". And a big no shit they're not the same thing. I'm glad you're here to fill me in on that! WTF would I do without you? Now, I haven't bought the shit in years because I don't see any need for it honestly (outside of a legit medical need), but I'm pretty sure you can still buy it dirt cheap. With a quick google search, I see it being sold on vet supply websites for dirt cheap. About the same price I bought it for years ago.

So, since you don't know wtf you're talking about, don't assume I don't know wtf I'm talking about.

$30 for 30ml is a ripoff. Last time I bought it I think I paid about $10 for 100ml of 1000mcg/ml. And again, outside of a legit medical reason...why use it?

Copied from a bypass site:

Vitamin B12 Deficiency due to Gastric Bypass Surgery:

To be absorbed properly, Vitamin B-12 requires intrinsic factor from the gastric mucosa. In some stomach bypass patients vitamin B12 is not absorbed, even when supplements are taken, leading to pernicious anemia and neuropathies.

Unfortunately, pernicious anemia can really sneak up on you. My body probably depleated of it after 5 years. My June 2008 labs were at the low end of normal range. I've had fatigue, depression, eye twitching, small white spots on forearms that have lost pigment, cracked skin.

So...$45 per 30 (whatever units come in a little bottle) is a rip off, right?

Why don't you try liquid oral B12 first? I found a terrific B12 spray and it does work. Complete night and day compared to the sublingual tablets.

On my other computer I think I have the place I got it from in the past saved in my favorites. I will look when I get home in a few days (hope I remember!).

agreed with musclemom! try that first. i take a bit orally before workouts and it gives me a little spurt of energy every time.

but you've already done the oral method, no? i think i remember a few threads started by u about sublinigual b-complex from last yr?

man, your going to inject yourself! sorry, i kinda freak out a little when i see needles!*shudder* (and yes i am aware that a big portion of the site is devoted to the juice)

I just want to make sure she's tried the spray versus the tablets. I've literally taken a B100 complex since I was in my mid teens. I added a B12 within the past ten years, but never noticed any difference, but I had never tried the sprayable version until just recently and the shit works wonders.

I've got celiac, which damages the lining of the gut, so I know I have impaired absorption and have probably been operating and suboptimal levels for a decade or more. It brought my levels up in less than two weeks of regular use.

That shit is hard to find (in stock) within the US without a script now. I had a vet friend of mine scribe me out 100 ml 3000mcgs/ml from a vet suppy company and it cost me 12.95 :). There is a certain weightloss site that specializes in injectable weightloss meds and sells it, but its a fucking ridiculous price. I use it for added energy, which I do feel it helps with.

I've looked exhaustively for injectable Methylcyanocobalamin for months and couldn't find any. If anyone has found a reputable site with good product please PM me.
