Injected Quad - Didn't feel anything

I just injected 2ml of Test E into my Quad. I injected in my right leg, I looked at the front of my thigh and half way up my knee and about 3 inches to the right of the centre is where I injected.

I was trying to feel for the muscle but I couldn't find it.

This is my first injection, did I do it right?

What size pin did you use?

What gauge pin? Did you pull back the plunger to ensure you didn't hit a vein? Sounds like you're good I suppose although I personally think 2ml's is a lot for a single injection...IMHO.

It was 23g 1 inch.

Should I just shoot in my delt for the next shot?

That's what I use and it works for me. You sink it all the way, yes? You should be fine.

Yeh, I was about 1.5mm away from my skin because I heard if you push the needle head against your skin you might end up crushing germs into the needle hole.

...I dunno about that, but a big reason to leave a little out is in case the needle snaps off, you'll be able to pull it out

I used to shoot my quads and I would alternate, I stopped doing it there cause I work construction and I couldn't walk the next day. I used. 25gx1.50 I'm kinda fat so that's why I chose 1.5. Lol. You should kinda run or massage your leg afterwards. .02
