Hi Guys Im a newby, Ive only been workin out for bout 6 weeks, Im on my 5th week of an oral d-bol begginner cycle and am startin to see good results.

The reason im posting is because Ive been offered Deca, Sust and Test, Which is best?? What do I choose?? I just wanna be solid muscles ya know! Im at the gym everyday, twice for a top up when I can.

Also how the hell do I take it?? I realise its intamuscular injection but a bit more info on how to do it would be very much appreciated... Cheers
 
man that is a big mistake. you need to get some good training experience under your belt. take your body to its natural limits before you start any cycle. a few years of learning about your body. the only suggestion i can give you is to stop the cycle and start post cycle therapy. you can really do some damage to yourself this early.

:) Sorry, I just gotta laugh at this post. The depth of cluelessness is so encompassing I don't even know how to address it. First cycle one week after first workout. Love it.
 
hope ya have insurance cause its gonna be expensive rehab for your injuries.....

There is no reason to bomb this member. He did not brake any rules. Lets have a little class guys. He may not be to smart but he is still respecting board rules and members. So lets do the same to him.
 
Basically man,

You don't need any drugs whatsoever seeing as you are totally new to training. First and foremost are these 2 things:

1) Learn how to train properly.

2) Learn proper nutrition for bodybuilding.

These 2 things take years to master. There are alot of different approaches to both diet and training. You need to find out what works best for you through trial and error. Luckily there is tons of knowledge on these forums to use as a great guide which can speed up that process.

It is pointless to take drugs now because they will make you a training imbecile. You will probably gain weight no matter how shitty your training and diet are, but the minute you come off the drugs you are probably going to lose it all, and can find your system's own hormones shut down which in the long run will have you in an even worse position then when you started!!

Good luck and don't take the board member's sarcasm too personally. They have good hearts and want to help, but are just really frustrated seeing people misuse very powerful drugs before they are even close to being ready for them.

Despite the sarcasm you have a good point. but its only natural to wanna get the biggest gains straight away right please try to understand this.

Ive been training in Muay Thai which pushes me to the limit for ages but I meant I just started workin out at the gym.

Any chance of answering the question? Even for future reference

You will make good gains without steroids if you have just started training. Your body will release masses of testosterone from the shock you give it by training. Do plenty leg excercises, squats in particular as this will release a lot of testosterone. Then secondly, you can take all the gear in the world but you wont put on any REAL muscle unless you are eating enough calories and protein.

You probably think you are already consuming enough - think again. I can almost guarantee that if you write down the calories / protein content of everything you eat per day you are not eating enough to gain muscle.

You should be eating at least 1.2g of protein per kg of your body weight. Cant remember how many calories, but you should be eating 500 extra calories per day to gain 2 lbs of muscle a week. Basically make sure you are getting enough protein, and eat anything else that comes in sight.

Also - take a multi vitamin, some extra vitamin C, and drink at least 3 litres of water a day.

If you insist on taking dianabol, then take no more than 30mg a day for no longer than six weeks. Then take 10mg every day of tamoxifen for 4 weeks afterwards for PCT.

Sustanon would be a good choice for a beginner with 250mg (1ml) a week for 10 weeks, starting PCT of 10mg tamoxifen ed 3 weeks after last injection for 4 weeks.

Im 23 years old. Thanks for the advice googlepig much appreciated and yeah I got plenty of calories, 1050 per serve and also got some real good protein and im taking linseed/ flaxseed oil, calcium, liver detox- milkthistle, vitamin c, any more suggestions? and yeah im noticing some good gains, infact about 4-5kgs in the last 6-7 weeks which im happy bout.
