Increasing Bench ( check out routine)

Here's a routine thats becomin kinda popular over at my site...

The theory of this program is to do the lift.. to increase the lift..your body is stressed to its neural adapative rate, meaning you increase in your bench press. The short amount of time this cycle is makes it almost impossible to overtrain with. This is backed by Russian research and variations of different Russian resources.

A few people have kept journals at my site and the've all experianced good gains.... especially for 4 weeks.. Let me know what you guys think!

Keep in mind that even if a particular workout is referenced by a journal, it is often useless to the avid weight lifter. Most scientific studies are conducted using nonathletes or recreational weight lifters. And of course there will be huge increases in strength with such a population.
