Inclined DB Press options with limited weight

I have read on here from many that Incline db presses combined with dips are best for chest development.

I have been enjoying this routine for the last couple of months but in this gym I work at the dbs only go up to 34 kilos (about 75lbs). In a couple of weeks I will be at the point where my heaviest set will 8 reps at 34 kilos.

I like the routine, but have to adjust. Any suggestions? I'm thinking switching to incline db flyes, but are they as good as presses for chest development (physique dev, not necessarily strength). Another thing I was looking at is reducing rest time between sets or rotating the wrists at the top of the movement to increase difficulty?

Chains and/or bands can be used with dumbells.
Pausing for a count of 2-3 at the bottom to nullify the rebound effect will make your reps more difficult.

Pre-exhaustion. Do dips or flies first. Even supersetting flies and DB could work.
Or you could pre-exhaust through some combination of tris, shoulders and lats first. Start with close grip barbell bench for instance. Extra wide or x-grip bench will emphasize shoulders. Dumbell cleans or snatches target lats. Pick one of these then move right to your working sets on DBs without having to warm up.

These are great tips, thanks. I am already doing dips first, but I'll try the 2-3 second pause at my next workout.

if his gym only has 75db's i doubt they have chains and bands. your better off switching to Incline Barbell bench on your heavy days. Simple Enough

Slowing down your rep speed and reducing your rest time will make it a lot more challenging. Like guardian said super setting or drop sets will work great also.
