which do you like better?
 
i like both. i do flat decline and incline. on separate days of course tho. declines help my flat bench. inclines help the overall chest grow.
 
im my humble opion i love the incline, normally my routine consists of flat then incline , i spent 3month doing incline first, when i came back to flat i was a little weaker but withing another month my flat was by 20kg!!
Alot of material i have read suggests that the decline press is physiologically the same and to be honest i have not found any noticable gains from it.
 
INCLINE. Occacsionaly I'll do decline at the end of my chest workout to finish the pecs off (drop set or speed sets).

btw, awesome avatar wootoom. Just finished watching it today for the 5th or 6th time ... "Try getting a res at Dorsia now!!!"
