incline db pressed 121lbs per hand for 3. using this thread as a set point.

while im super happy with myself just now, weighing in at 185 at 5'9 natural and 15-16%bf, this isnt a gloating thread, just posting here as a reference point. ill look this thread up in 3-6 months to see if i get to my next goal, which is a single rep at 132 lbs (since thats the next size up at my gym).

i couldnt do this weight at all, exactly 8 days ago (when i last tried) and today i get 3 good reps out, no spotter. who said alcohol isnt good for weight training ;)

can anyone here at a similar weight and height (or even dissimilar) post up their personal bests, so that i have someone to take aim at? (not in a bad way, i just like having something to aspire to)

if you were drinking when you did this the alcohol probably shut down the frontal lobe of you're brain which controls fear
 
oh no, i drank all weekend, put on a couple of kilos of fluid (like i do everytime i drink) and started my split on the first day of the week

as if id lift drunk lol are you mad? ;)
 
I'm 5'6 180 @ 10% and had a chest day last week:

flat bench dumbbell: 7 sets - last 2 sets: 120 x 6
lncline: 110 x 6, 3 sets
Flyes @ 30 degrees: 50 x 10, 4 sets
Dips - 2 grip variation supersets, 8-10 reps, 4 sets
Cable flyes - 4 sets x 8-10

low on the performance end these days but improving.
 
5'5" 190

db flat - 120 x 10 for 4 sets
incline db's - 95 x 10 for 3 sets
decline db's - 120 x 10 for 3 sets

not a big fan of db's when it comes to chest though
