Thanks again everyone!! Yup, still along way to go! I wanted to post these pics for a couple of reasons:
#1 I respect the oppinions of everyone on this board and wanted to share what I have been up to.
#2 I kept getting on the scale atleast once a week since april. Every time without fail the scale stayed the same and sometimes it when up. Everyone kept telling me well muscle weighs more than fat and you are losing body fat, and I just wouldn't believe anyone. Well I finally saw it with my own eyes.
Now I have the motivation to keep on pushing and to achieve my ultimate body. I will keep you all posted on my progress. I plan on posting more pics in 4 weeks, so stay tuned!!
