Nothing wrong with people coming here legally to make a better life, that is the basis of this whole nation. But mooching off of those who work and pay taxes, I have a serious problem with that.

To be fair, a lot of illegals pay taxes via sales tax and those who have fake SS cards and employment pay payroll taxes yet get no SS benefits.

Its probably not nearly enough to make it worth our while to let them remain here illegally. Plus theres the tiny fact that theyre breaking the law.

Yes, it's sad but true...a large percentage of the crime in north america is cause by illegal immigrants

We should go back to the old days. Have NO immigration laws and just let EVERYONE in. I'm sure this'll make the hippies and hispanics. We should also give them one-way flights to california.

I agree, especially for skilled workers. Bill O'Reilly likes to talk about how his family immigrated legally but the U.S. didn't have immigration laws setting quotas for Europeans back then, we had them for darkies but not whites.

That being said, all legal immigrants are required to carry their paperwork by Fed law. There are decades of Supreme Court legal precedent regarding probable cause and it applies to the Arizona law. I don't see a valid profiling challenge but there is an arguable case for Arizona usurping fed duties regarding interaction with foreign nationals.

Lotsa hate and ignorance at these rallies yesterday, "may day" rallies in a democratic country wtf? coupled with the illegal immigration thing, these folks aren't doing a good job of selling to me that they love our country and automatically get to be citizens, cause they demand so.
The mexican flags and communist insignia was pretty fun too, what a great way to make a new home in america.
