I'm scared to inject the Delts.

I may have to use delts for my next cycle. Problem is I dunno if I'd be able to aspiriate with only one hand without causing myself some serious pain =/

Its actually pretty easy big aug, you just stick and then use your thumb to draw it back a little.

one thing i notice when i self administer is that i prefer BD pins (vs Terumo) cause the finger pads are longer (wider). i find this helps both aspirate and inject when i am doing it myself.

It's a breeze. Be sure to aspirate. You'll like the temporary swelling.

Temp swelling just on one delt may not be desirable...how much do you experience?
