I'm scared to inject the Delts.

Is the delt completely safe to inject into the delt? I have never gone for a delt injection before as I always preferred the glute.

So, its the same as a Quad or Gluteinjection - inject down into the Delt at an angle of about 45 Degrees. Top, middle, or bottom of delt? I have the 1' Needle already as got a box of a friend.

There simple bro...I have never hit a vein yet there either. Get a 1 inch go about half way in, push.....Childs play. Do one shot and you will always want to use them..

It's a breeze. Be sure to aspirate. You'll like the temporary swelling.

U only go half way in with a 1 inch? Why not go all the way in.

i usually bury a 1 in. it all depends on the size of your delt. ive known people to use 5/8. but my preference is the deeper the inj. the better.

You can inject in your neck if you want to just as long as it goes into the muscle.
