I'm pretty sure i figured out who broke my windshield sunday night

but i have no proof. i'm not mad about it at all; it was pretty easy to get fixed. i just want a confession, and money for the windshield. the only thing i'm salty about is the fact that he hasn't admitted to it yet. how can i get him to confess to it, while minimizing the potential damage from the 10% chance im wrong and it really wasnt him?
