...welcome bro. whats your weight \ hight ? look solid realy you do. if you dont mind my opinion , you should see if you can try to focus on that chestmore. ...how i dont know . but only if it was wider.

Hard-Bitten thanks for the compliment always nice to hear from a hottie, also thanx Jordan for the comp. 5'10-195, Right now I'm working on the chest, training hard and getting ready for Muscle Mania in 08.

I meant to say - great work! What are your stats? Oh you answered that. ... um ... so when's your next competition? Any particular goals you're pursuing now? Working on any particular body part, goal, whatever?

Shit can I think of anything else to babble about while I try to draw attention away from my slutty little mind.....

Next comp should be Muscle Mania 08, that's the goal. At the present time I just finishing a hypertrophy phase and starting into one of my mass building phases. I'll continue this until next year off and on. Bodyparts presently working on would be everything right now. My legs I'm especially working on, need to have large legs. I'll keep the update on the training and pics when available. :p

Will definitely watch for updates -- for shits & grins you might set up a log on the training board to track & share your progress (and pix :qt: ) Let's see some wheels!

5'10-195 presently- throwing on some mass though so I'm expecting to reach 210-220 in the next few months. I need to be around that weight at the least for dieting down for my next comp. The only thing when I throw mass on by body fat stays around the 9-11% range so I stay fairly lean.
 
RottenWillow here's one. From my last show. The middle is me. Like I said earlier working on the legs, which have now improved large since. :p

I'm obviously not leaned up as I'm working on putting on mass at this time but here's a old pic from the summer. Go ahead rip it up I can handle comments good or bad. That's what I'm here for.

Not much to complain about there -- like you said tho -- just work on "more" on the legs -- get some thick muscle bellies & the sweeps, deep cuts in the teardrop, big fat calves --- you cut up nice & really nice aesthetic tho :)
 
Hey Sassy!!! Thanx for the positive bump, appreciated. The legs have grown a bit since then. I'll have some further pics in the future to show the progress, I'm sure you'll like.

A few, I like to stay with the TEST. Nothing large only around 500 to 750mg a week. Really don't need anything much larger than that, In my thoughts. Contest get into the winny, prop, and the tren for awhile for the hard look.
