i'm I on the wrong bandwagon?

I've been telling people at my gym who are 18-20 years old that they can do without creatine. I told them that it will increase water retention in teh muscle and so the results might not be permanent, I told them it might cause some cramping, etc.

However, all those guys seem to be bulking up pretty quick? in fact, not only are they gaining serious mass, but they also don't gain much fat. The stupid thing is that they don't care jack about not consuming high GI stuff late at night or eating this and that; they just take their creatine, eat what they want, and work out .

Hell, even they're routines aren't as thought-out as mine!! So am I being an idiot by not jumping on the creatine bandwagon? I mean, i want lean mass that lasts and that comes naturally, but I feel like I'm lagging behind when all these guys put on 20 pounds of mass in like 3 months.

Any comments on why my decision to eat a well planned diet ( 4200 calories, 280-300 pro, 450 carb, 110-120 fat) and train without creatine is better or worse?

Whats the problem?

Use creatine. It will help you on your quest to big musscles.

It's up to you on if you want to take it.

But i'll tell you something if they are gaining 20 lb of mass in 3 months, let's just say their on more then Creatine:p

I think that these youngsters are using AS.20 pounds in 3 months without adding fat,i'd like to see that naturally!!! wow!

I think it's really likely that these guys are really using AS, and just using creatine as the excuse for where all this muscle came from so quickly. When I was in high school, one of my buddies was always taking AS, and whenever people asked what his secret was, he said creatine. LOL. All these morons from school were rushing out and buying creatine thinking they were going to look like my buddy.

WOW, CREATINE MUSCLE GAIN AND FAT-LOSS...I'm running to the store to get some LOL...my friend, this is a usual answer to ponderies about anabolics: "I use creatine"...it's true about 90% of the time...of course there are the genetically gifted, but that few and redily seen.
