You ever just go all out and binge for a meal? Before you say "yeah, every meal of every day," I eat a lot during the day too; but I mean like breaking a sweat while undergoing consumption. When eating becomes hard labor. I just ate, from Papa Johns:

1 large "All the Meats" pizza (3240 calories)
1 order of chicken strips w/ honey mustard (700 calories)
4 cups of milk blended w/ half a jar of natural peanut butter (1400 calories)

So nearly 5400 calories. Thoughts?

It's just gonna get you fat. You'll get stronger though ...

I know. That's why I don't try to binge very much anymore. Tonight Papa Johns was calling my name though :D

As I near a contest...and I've been force feeding for the past several weeks...I sweat when I eat. I can't wait for winter.

The first time that I ordered pizza from my girlfriend's house...she about died when the pizza man delivered and knew my name, asked how school was, and gave me a discount.

I can relate. . . in fact right now I am eating pizza and drinking a 7-UP. . its 12:39 AM, but I have the munchies.

and we are supposed to be surprised? your name is synono.....er...um.....means the same as "eating alot"! :D

Damn...I wish I could eat like that when I'm bulking.

I'm trying to bulk right now, and I'm eating as much as I can, as often as I can. Usually that means breaking out in a sweat about halfway through the meal, and being hot as hell for 30-45 minutes.

Being miserably full for several hours gets old too.

Eating is so easy. I'm glad I don't find it hard. Consequently, I don't understand how people find it so difficult. Not complaining one little bit, although it makes cutting tricky :D

You guys don't know how lucky you are. I'm having a hard time eating enough to put on any significant weight and I'm only 180.

Of course, I'm on a very limited budget for food. What foods do you guys recommend most for putting on some muscle?

the best thing that put me over the 200lb mark was buffets. when i graduated high school at 160lbs i ate at least 1 buffet per day. got me up to 220lbs within 16 months.

Also if fat gain is no concern at all: ICE CREAM. A pint of Ben and Jerry's has like 1300-1400 calories and 30+ grams of protein.

I agree about the miserably full part. That's why I only make myself full (and not stuff myself) at my before-work meal.

Damn that's awesome! Reminds me of a show I recently saw on the travel channel about the top 10 places to pig out in the US. They all had crazy deals where if you ate the whole thing you got it free or won money or something. Some football player from Tufts ate a 2.5 pound burger (7 .5 lb patties plus 14 pieces of cheese) plus a 5 pound tray of fries! They named it after him :)
