Iam just about 20 i am 5'7" 130 ibs I have been training for about 2 years I mainly do cardio but sometimes I lift weights with high repitition (I am going for the lean, toned look I dont want to look bulky or manly). I feel im at my genetic point so I would like to take gear. The types of results I would be looking for would be being toned/hard muscles. I'm just wondering what types of gear you all recomend, I am looking for something with little side effects and something that doesnt make you turn manly. So could I get peoples input on their experience etc. And as a female what kind of pcp would I take. All suggestion, and comments welcome. Thanks.

"Sometimes I lift weights"? How could you feel you are at your genetic point if you "Sometimes lift weights"? If you are only 20 (sorry not yet 20), you are not at your genetic limit. What you need to do is focus on diet, exercise and forget any AAS for now. No one, not on this board or any other can tell you what effects AAS will have on you. Why you may ask,,, because everyone is different. I could suggest something, however what is harsh for one woman is not for another (visa versa) and you really won't know until you try yourself - one word of caution though, if you ignore my post and go with AAS, make sure you start anything on a very low dose. Other wise you may regret it for the rest of your life (seen it before). You really need to start exercising more like a man - lifting I'm talking about (read posts, there are plenty on this board),before you consider subjecting your young body to any AAS. Please listen, your feminity and health will thank you for it. I don't believe you have come close to your natural physical ability yet.

Sorry but if you only sometimes lift weights i don't think your at the point to take gear..

Take a peak at the stickies at the top of this forum. Get yourself on a regular training program that incorportes weight training, cardio and diet and then you will see results without gear.

Also you have to consider when taking gear there is always a risk.. it's amale hormone...

Your welcome

In addition to what has already been said - you WILL NOT get "bulky" or "manly" from lifting weights. It is not possible. Females do not have enough testosterone to permit those kind of results.

Diet it 80% of the result you're looking for. I've gone from 22-23% body fat to 13% body fat in only 3 months - USING ONLY FOOD to control my body. Until you are aware of what a "clean" diet is and you've tried it, do yourself a favor and don't do AAS. AND do not follow the guidelines of a man. Although they may have good intentions. That doesn't mean they have any idea how our bodies differ. We can not withstand the amounts of AAS they can.

If you MUST look into something, Anavar would be your best bet. If you still have questions, please ask.

What is a "clean diet" you would suggest then? I need something that isn't to difficult to handle, I started lifting weights and doing cardio every other day. But i need a good food plan. Something that is healthy, and will make me loose weight. Could you please help me out. Thanks :)

I second, third & fourth everythign said above. I've been lifting for 24 years and been competing or training to compete for the last 5 years and I have NOT reached my "genetic point". Please do not poo-poo the value of 1) diet and 2) training. Cardio is not the be all & end all. Also please spend some time understanding what I think you really mean when you say you want to lose weight.

I'm also 5'7" and I competed at 129 lb at 8% bodyfat. My off season weight is around 160. You are the weight that I compete at after 12 weeks of intense diet & cardio 2x/day. Oh yea, and I don't look "manly". Women don't have enough testosterone in their bodies to look "manly". Women who abuse AAS however may. I'm sure you may have a slighter build than I do, but for your height you are extremely light already. Therefore I would suggest you focus on your BODYFAT and not look at weight. Weight is just the measure of the total weight of your muscle, bodyfat, organs, skeleton & water. It isnt' an accurate measure of "fat". My guess is you are really looking to improve your muscle to fat ratio which you can do by increasing your muscle mass, decreasing your bodyfat and you may not see a change on the scale or you may even gain some weight, but you will see the "leaning out" w/ things like looser clothes, etc.

Therefore, as mentioned above, please spend some time reading the stickies at the top of the board -your questions have been asnwered a thousand times on this board so we've collected all those answers so you can read them at your leisure. There is a HUGE amount of information there that will probably answer most of your questions. But you also have some of the typical misunderstandings about nutrition, training & weight loss to get past as well.

I particularly recommend looking at the Shadow's Project for a program for you - this is included in the stickies above. The two you need to look at are 1) If you are new to the EF Ladies Board - START HERE" and 2) TOP THREADS - MUST READ.

Good luck! After you've perused thru those I'm sure you will still have questoins that we will be happy to help with!

I do have my mind on doing some gear though and im just wondering what you all would suggest... Primobolan? What would i take for pct and what would i take during cycle. Also the things i mean by manly is like facial hair a blocky face etc. Also I just want to get ripped like tone all my muscles up get them harder and cut the body fat down I dont want to get bulkier at all I dont want to gain muscle mass I want lean toned muscles

Primo will make your hair fall out! Do you want that? Research Anavar. There are a lot of threads here on cycling. Make sure you go thru and look for them. You'll get your answers! :)

Post your diet. I bet you will be surprised at what we notice about it.
Steroids are not a magic pill. All of your results come from a propper bodybuilding/fitness diet and a propper routine.

I would write down everything you eat and drink for a few days... what and when.

Also post up your routine.

If you don't have your diet and routine in check you are going to make a MONSTEROUS mistake using AAS.

Dam. Ok not to climb up on my soap box, but you have a crapload of research to do on the AAS. I personally think you are making ignorant choices in pursuing aas when you "sort of" work out. No don't get involved in primo. Your safest cycle is anavar. Women do NOT need pct. Do you understand what is the point of pct? Men use it because exogenous sources of testerone will cause their natural test production to shut down. Why would women need that?

You can get all these results you want w/o the blocky face etc by eating & training for what you are trying to achieve.

I understand what you are trying to acheive - shit , we all aspire to that. But there's no quicky pills to take. You can't bypass the solid training & diet. And like I said before - you sound very skinny right now and the best thing you can do is increase your muscle mass just a bit and you will have that "lean" look.

I don't know if you took the time to read the stickies. Like I said, all the answers you are looking for are in there.

I wouldn't recommend that you use any type of gear... nor Primo nor Anavar until you get a solid base to work with (diet, training and rest). Without that, you can spend your $$, not get desired results and obtain unpleasant side effects.

Gear is not like the magic pill that will get you all toned by miracle. Even after a cycle you must know well how to retain your gains otherwise you end up at step one over and over.

If you want to get leaner with good muscle tone, then listen to the advice other people in this thread have given to you.

You can also post your specific questions on diet and training and sure there will be more than one knowledgeable lady who will gladly give you feedfack.

Wow, I'm still somewhat new to body building as I am young like you (21). I have been studying health/fitness almost daily though for the last 2 years or so and know that like the above posts say there is NOT a magic pill. Nothing for free. You'll get side effects that you won't want to deal with. About a year ago, I came on to this forum asking the same question you did as my then-boyfriend suggested I use anavar and I wanted the women's opinion. They told me the same thing they are telling you. I did not use anavar then and with a proper diet and workout plan (which included heavy lifting, my max squat of 210 lbs of weight - **how much do you squat right now?**). I got cut and looked great. I brought my weight down to 128 lb. I am now about 150 as I took some time off, but am getting back to it. At a low weight if you try to get shredded you'll look anerexic (skin and bones) as you'll lose whatever muscle you have there, or at least much of it. We need to know your BF% right now, diet, etc. How many cals do you take a day, etc.?? Do it naturally 1st - you can come very close to that what you're looking for. At least do research 1st. Knowledge is power. This might all sound so discouraging, but the people on here really DO mean well.

This is going to sound bitchy, but I don't know how else to say it. I apologize in advance, but I do NOT feel bad about what I am going to say.

You are being an ignorant fool. You know NOTHING about training, diet or AAS. Adding AAS at this point is by far the stupidest thing you could possibly do.

You do cardio, you barely lift weights, and you think that high reps will give you a "lean toned look". BARF.

1) You don't even have a clean diet in place. You don't even KNOW what a clean diet IS. And you want to take AAS? Diet is the #1 most important thing in obtaining results. I bet you eat crap ... post up the diet and I an guaran-damn-tee you that it is jacked up and we can fix it. If basically all you do is cardio and lift a few pink weights, then I bet you live off of no-fat processed CRAP.

2) You don't even know what AAS to consider. Not only that, but you don't even know that women don't need PCT.

3) You don't even know that EVERY SINGLE AAS can cause virilization. There is NO 100% SAFE AAS. Every single AAS has side effects and NOBODY can tell you whether something will give YOU side effects. If you are going to take AAS, you have to accept the fact that you POSSIBLY will get acne, oily skin, enlarged clitoris, facial hair, and/or other sides. If you are NOT okay with these sides, then AAS is not for you.

4) You want to get "toned". WTF is "toned"? There is no such thing. Either you have muscles or you don't. To get defined, you lose body fat. AAS is NOT how you do this. DIET is how you do this. AAS is to BUILD MUSCLE (assuming a proper clean diet and training is in place for a LONG time beforehand).

5) You barely even lift weights. WTF is that? If you want muscle and definition, you actually have to pick up a a weight. And drop all the massive amounts of cardio. Cardio is NOT how you lose body fat - especially with a piss poor diet and no weight training. Darlin', LIFT A WEIGHT and you might get some definition.

6) You have not taken advantage of this board and you have not done any actual reasearch on your own. We have put together some VERY helpful threads that give basic, useful, relevant information. Have you read them? Fuck, there are actual diets and training programs laid out for you and you haven't even taken the time to LOOK. Not to mention, TONS of useful articles, information. Take responsibility.

Sassy's post is exactly why I told you NOT to follow the guidelines a man gives you. He may be huge and ripped and have been a BB for 10 years - but I can assure you you didn't come up with the pct thought on your own. Whomever you are listening to (other than us) STOP! The guy may be your boyfriend and have the greatest intentions concerning you, but he doesn't know the difference between your body and his (except for the obvious).

Research, research, research - and yes - please post your diet and exercise schedule (all foods, calories, fat, carbs, protein and every time you train - how many sets, how many reps per set and how many times a week). If you will do that, you are serious about the result you want. If you don't want to bother with it - then you want to take the easy way out and you won't acheive the result you're looking for.
