Shoulder and elbow feeling better! I'm 12 weeks post op. Started back at the gym last week. Damn, I am super weak. I wondering how long before I can hit another cycle (in weeks) after my surgery???

Best to be patient here, get your body accustomed to training again & if after that time off your diet suffered, get that on point as well.
