I'm Back!!!

See a lot of new names on here, and some familiar ones. Just wanted to say Hello again. Was out dealing with a herniated disc most of last year. Had the surgery in late October and started lifting again first week of January. Can't believe how quickly I put back almost all the muscle I lost dealing with that back issue. I dropped from 180 mid last year to 153lbs post surgery and then 158 at the beginning of this year. I gained over 15lbs in about 6 weeks since starting back (175lbs now), and that's natural! Looking forward to my sust/primo cycle as soon as my girl gets pregnant. Also looking forward to reading the interesting posts on here.

Peace

I'm glad you've returned BabyBee...

Did you eventually put the pieces to the puzzle? Have you moved past your herniated disc trouble?

thanks swordfish and Division. And I'm still working on the pieces of the puzzle of knocking up my girl. The back is almost as good as new. the good thing is I spent a good 9 months dreaming and reading about how to better diet/train and so now I feel like I'm actually ahead of the game a bit. I'm not lifting as much weight, but i'm lifting with more intensity and as you can see, I'm actually gaining better now than before. Just goes to show you there is so much more to this game than just sticking yourself. karma to both of you, thanks.
