I'm 29, 5'6 and 105lbs, time for dbol??

do the dbol then what have you got to lose? your liver may not be able to handle such a potent oral!!!! you need a DOCTOR. they will help you.

Hey kid, don't listen to these guys here that say you are fucked. I was 6' 135 lbs my senior year in H.S. now i'm a 195 lb killer baby. I've turned into a pretty good athlete, competing in muay thai and submission wrestling. People that see me now can't believe their eyes that a stick boy like myself packed on 60 lbs of muscle.

I'm ultimately shooting for a lean 220, but that may not happen for a year or so.

Some of the bros above are correct. You NEED TO EAT MORE. whatever your grocery bill is now DOUBLE IT and then eat all the food you can. Hell, eat at burger king twice a day for a while just to make sure you are getting a min 4000 calories a day.

Then lift 3 or 4 days a week, no pussy shit, do some olympic lifts with weight you can handle for reps. PM me if you want to talk, i'll be more than happy to help you.

By the way, if you suddenly up your caloric intake to triple or quadruple your current intake, you'll have intestinal problems like you've never dreamed. Work your way up. See what your digestive system can handle. I once jacked my calories way up over a 2-day period and had so much gas and bloating I felt like I was going to pop. Just something to keep in mind. Also, ginger is often recommended as a supplement to take with high-protein meals. It aids digestion.

man im sorry your genetics suck so bad! but here is the deal, if you really have tried eating and training and all that good shit then you do need to do something! here is the exact thing you should do:

week 1-10 test enanthate 500mg/week
week 1-6 d-bol 35-40 mg ED
keep nolva on hand in case you see signs of gyno!
hcg 300iu E3D
clomid PCT

diet:
4000-4500 cals ED
55% protein
25%carbs
20%fats
brake this into 6 meals a day and throw in protein shakes before and after each meal and wenever you feel like you can take in more food do it!

train:
mon = chest and back
do 3-5 exercises per body part and do high weight with low reps. make sure u acutally work out though, remember that wen you leave the gym you should be tired and ur muscles should be pumped!
Tues = legs
same
wed = rest
thurs = arms
same
fri = shoulders/abs/anything you feel you can do more of!
sat = rest
sun = rest or watever you think you need work on and can handle!

make sure you work really hard and your diet is like the most important thing!

and remember this is only if you really have tried dieting and all that shit! gear is you last option remember that!

I used to be 110lbs at 5'11" when I started, up to 210lbs now. Never used anything.

Anyone who thinks he eats a lot, every day, and can't gain weight is either seriously overestimating his caloric intake or simply full of shit. Skinny, natural guys, should concentrate on getting calorie dense food all day long and keep their workouts brief and heavy. I wouldn't suggest anything more than 3 heavy sessions per week.

But if the food isn't there, nothing's going to happen and I don't believe gear would help much.

And that story about genetics is crap.

so your parents are short and have small frames.. so what?

my family is so tiny it almost looks like i was adopted.

see..
they dont train nor do any exercise.

genetics play a huge role here, but there are ways around genetics too.
i would take mavy's advice on page 1 very seriously.

Your not doomed bro, the way you speak reminds me of me just 3 years ago, i was extremely skinny, (around 100 lbs) and im only 5'4" so i was worse off than you....i know how extremely depressin it is and i vowed that i was gonna get out of this pathetic excuse of a life, so my whole focus was bent towards gettin bigger, you should be thinkin about bodybulding as much as u think about sex, read everything u can get hold of on it, become bodybulding-smart...i understood that i didnt have to watch my diet i just had to eat eat eat...i trained, i ate and i supplemented for 3 years religiously, and now i am 170lbs and rising.....in 3 years! and thats all natural....23lbs a year is very realistic, in fact at 105 lbs if u ate properly, trained and supplemented i wouldnt be surprised if u were puttin 20lbs on in your first month ! you just need to have positivity rather than negativity.....i dont believe all this crap about bad genes....i believe there are only average genes and above-average genes.....everbodies body has the capacity to grow, despite who u are..its just a matter of finding a way of making it grow.....and for that u need knowledge not drugs

from the bottom of my heart I really appreciate all the diet suggestion, nobody would want to mess with their hormone unless it's absolutely necessary. I understand the risk involved, including acne, kidney failure, bitch tits and what not, but even the risk of having a shorter lifespan(say 10 years less) is worth it to me, why would anybody want to live any longer if your life is miserable, or a joke...as someone stated above. I'm not gaining weight to impress anybody, but I'm wanting to be like any other normal people with normal weight and live a normal life without getting made fun of or laugh at wherever I go, all the time.
Many of you will never understand how it feels to be in situation like this because you never had a fucking chance to go through shit like this, I didn't ask for this kind of crap, but atleast I'm trying to make things better instead of giving up or just take it the way it is, Diet is of course the number one factor of weight gain, but it doesn't always work on every single people out there and shit like this doesn't always make sense either. You can call this abnormal, or a joke, but I'll take as much advices as I could possibly get and make the decision on how should I go about making the change. I'll continue to eat as much as I possibly could, since I enjoy eating anyway. I do not know the exact calories count of my daily diet but I'll give you an example of yesterday's.
8:30am - 1 cup of full milk along with a bowl of cereal, and a banana.
10:00am - a bun with beef stuffing and a can of coke.
12:30pm - Mcdonald big mac meal(medium size), and about 3 fry dumblings.
3:10pm - 1 cup of milk and about 4 home-made chocolate chips cookies.
6:20pm - went to Olive Garden with wife and daughter, had a plate of stuffed mushrooms, salads, and Seafood alfredo, along with a glass of coke.
9:45pm - about 5 fry dumblings I bought from local restaurant and another 12oz bottle of coke.
10:30pm - shared a bag of pop corns with my wife while we watch some tv before going to bed.

How much calories was it? I do not know for sure, but it can't be any less than 2500cal!!!

LOOK AT YOUR DIET. ANALYSE IT. You are not taking in enough protein. Nowhere near enough. You need more lean steak and chicken with some jacket potatoes, veg and pasta etc.
