i would also reccomend dark city for any matrix fan, it actually came out a little before the matrix and deals with the same concept that the matrix is attributed its in depth plot for, matrix has better action but dark city is great sci fi movie as well

Great film. When it came out to theatres.. it only showed to a select few. Didn't get a chance to really even hear of it until i saw it in blockbuster. Well worth the rental.

If you watch Dark City with Matrix in mind, you'll see so many parallels that you'll start to suspect matrix of ripping it off. Btw, Dark City came out a full year before matrix 1.

Yep,Dark City was bad ass...The only thing is,I have a hard time looking at that dude who was the main character in it,as he has some fucked up eyes.One is like always bulged open,and the other is twitching and squinting like Popeye or some shit,lol.The premise and story line of that was great though.
