this guy is not a decision-maker. Texas has a fair judicial system to determine whether or not someone gets capital punishment. Guys like the one you quoted are the ones who carry out the execution. Heck, they have to tell themselves something to rationalize the fact that they put people to death for a living.

Imagine if you were a gullotine operator back in the day. Wouldn't you sleep better at night if you could convince yourself that everyone that got beheaded deserved to die?

Actually, I agree with this guy. These murderers that are there in the first place didnt give the people they killed a last meal before they were executed, nor years notice as to when their lives were going to end. Fuck those losers, and I wish I could watch them die a horrid death on public TV. Fuck them and the pathetic human beings that created them and placed their sorry asses on this planet. The only innocent people here are the ones that were MURDERED and RAPED for no reason.

Well one of the problems with stuff like this is it's sooooo emotionally charged. On both sides. And it's colored by your own personal experiences, whether they were good or bad.

No matter how you slice it, it's a sad deal. When a person is executed, the only thing that we know is that some bad shit happened. We won't ever really know if that person actually committed the crime or not. We do know the victim suffered horribly. In the end, nobody is a winner.
