The second you inject or take your first pill, you get supressed somewhat.
I think this is the biggest problem of all, otherwise I would argue that being on low dose testosterone for life (even at an age of 18) is good.
There are many other things like liver, prostate, kidneys, lipid profile, etc that need to be watched very carefully ... but if the dosages aren't a problem you shouldn't worry much about these things but hpta shutdown is still there. Other things like acne, oily skin, money, legal problems, even hairloss are all a joke compared to the inside of your body.
From my understanding, if you are shutdown for a very long time and have to get synthetic testosterone then you won't even be able to have kids. This is very serious to me, so I consider this to be the biggest problem with AS use.

Mine would be shutdown also,it really sux to be chemically castrated!The rest -Hair,Acne i can deal with.
