have to stay lean and cut, how the hell do they eat 3-4000 cals a day without getting bloated while on juice. i understand while on any juice eq, EQ,winnny, you have to eat ALOT to gain, but is it possible to just eat low carbs and high protein and still gain for these guys??

just wonderin how the hell those suckers gain when they cant possibly eat 3-4k cals a day, it just aint possible

what yall think?
 
different strokes for different folks, Genetics are key I don't care what anyone says. I have a friend who stays at like 5% yearly and lives off fast food.

That is so true.
Genes hold a major part in the grand scheme of our bodies.
We can either accept our limitation and go on living and improving what we have or wallow in our disolussion and dyspare..........I choose the former!!

I'll never look like the guys in the magazines but I sure do look alot better than I did when I first started the bodybuilding game.:)
 
I can eat 4000-5000 calories ED without gaining a lbs. Nothing, nada. I just have a very high metabolism. The cool part is my BF is always under 10%. Bad parti is, unless I take some juice, it's nearly impossible for me to gain something.
