Hey all......i am thinking about doin my first cycle.....im 20yo 6' 230lbs 16-17bf and ive been training for 4 yrs......i wana spend about 5 bills on gear. i am lookin to slim down about 10-15lbs and then gain it back as muscle.......please give me a layout of what i would be best off taking and what my cycle layout would look like.......thnks apprciate it.
