Eat lots of clean food and do cardio. That will best get you to that goal. Test is gonna make you go up in weight. I'd drop your weight first to your goals then hit the test with some primo for some sweet vascularity. But for now? Cardio and diet. My .02

Test p is a very painful injection. I can shoot test e no pain at all. Whinny is hard on joints. Materone or primo are pretty good.

Not true at all,its all about the supplier and the construction of the compound.Some Test P is painful and some is smooth as hell,just like cyp,E,susp,etc. it all depends on the product.Dont want to scare the man away from it.

yes. Just after your regular sleep schedule. 6-8 hours your body is already in a catabolic state anyway. I hardly ever get more than 8 hours of sleep and when I do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, I notice a substantial amount of bf being lost very quickly. Dont know where the 10 hour thing comes from, I would like to know though.
