I'm not big on test cycles but I'm willing to give test prop a try. How would you cycle test prop and winny if you are 220lbs. What else would you use on this cycle and for how long?

So what do you want from said cycle, bulk, cut, strength, etc?
 
Test p is a very painful injection. I can shoot test e no pain at all. Whinny is hard on joints. Materone or primo are pretty good.

How are you zedhed glad to hear from you. I want to continue to cut on this cycle. I manage to lose 14lbs, im 220 lbs right now, down from 234lbs. Im doing an I.F. diet because it works best for me. I want to maintain muscle while going down to 210 lbs.:verygood:
 
Eat lots of clean food and do cardio. That will best get you to that goal. Test is gonna make you go up in weight. I'd drop your weight first to your goals then hit the test with some primo for some sweet vascularity. But for now? Cardio and diet. My .02

I will wait until im 210 lbs. before doing a cycle. I only have 10 lbs. to go so i will wait so i could get great results.:qt:

Not true at all,its all about the supplier and the construction of the compound.Some Test P is painful and some is smooth as hell,just like cyp,E,susp,etc. it all depends on the product.Dont want to scare the man away from it.

This is true radar!! ive been doing I.F. dieting with some morning cardio and ive got great results. I will up my cardio and diet even harder to lose that last 10lbs. If i like how i look at 210 maybe i will cycle but if not i will push it to 200lbs to get even better results.:verygood:

I agree that the supplier has alot to do with how smoooth it is. But generally speaking from my experience test p is more painful, it feels like being kicked by a horse. On the other hand test e and c is fairly painless.

Should I wait after losing 10lbs. Or do you suggest I start the primo now? How much do you recommend I cycle?

Can I ask you why 10 hrs after your last meal? Woudn't 6-8 hrs after your last meal be suffice???


yes. Just after your regular sleep schedule. 6-8 hours your body is already in a catabolic state anyway. I hardly ever get more than 8 hours of sleep and when I do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, I notice a substantial amount of bf being lost very quickly. Dont know where the 10 hour thing comes from, I would like to know though.

Agreed.. I never get more than 8 hrs sleep myself---and been doing fasted cardio in the A.M. for years and it works fine... I am interested in the logic behind the 10 hr sleep philosophy..
 
^^^RADAR is older bro. 10 hours is what he needs ;)

but seriously some of us need more sleep to function due to our jobs and exercise we do. I gotta have a minimum of 8-9 or i feel like crap the next day.. or if i don't get enough i feel like i need a nap during the day especially if i work out in the morning ... as i get older that gets more pronounced.

some guys can get away with 5 hours of sleep.. usually people who work in food service or bartending are like that. cause their jobs throw everything out of wack. going to bed at 4am and waking up at 9 am for example. and they manage to function thanks to caffeine. does a number on their bodies though with that lifestyle, seen it a million times.
 
I get my best workouts when I'm running on 2-3 hours sleep. Like right now..posting while driving on highway in Midwest frozen roads omw to the gym after my last midnight shift where i only slept noon-3pm yesterday. I'm effin stoked for some legs and tris :D
