I weighed 195 today

February 1st I was 217lbs.

22lbs lost.

Abs coming in nicely, arms are big, my GF tells me they are TOO big.

She also said, as we were laying in bed last night, "you have a chest to be envious of"

music to my ears.

What's up with that contest?
 
damn dude you weigh as much as me and I'm 5'8ish...what's up with that?? you should be packing them pounds on!!!
 
Whats your body fat at?
I just started back up at the gym this week after over a month off due to injuries. Its like starting over again :(

im between 165-170, and my mom told me i was the handsomest boy in the world
 
I agree, that's too skinny bro, but we all do have different goals. I'm just under 6ft 3 and 220-225, much more bf% than you but still look skinny. Honestly, people ask me if I'm OK because I'm so skinny. WTF? I'm 225!!! So not sure what 195 would look like. Maybe the frame/bone structure is smaller on you. I have a large frame.

I just got back to lifting seriously for 2 weeks straight. Woohoo! I'll kick up the intensity within a month or so.


Lestat, maybe your girl does'nt wanna be with a conceived "meathead" and says your arms are too big. She sees no need for them to be bigger, but I don think proportion is key. That's one thing I definately strive for. That IMO makes a perfect physique. If the rest of your body was in direct proportion to your arms, you'd probably be better off.

I'm sitting at 238 with all 8 abs. I feel skinny (and fat). People carry muscle differently. Waste size has a lot to do with it too.
Lestats girl sounds like she likes the jacked up Abercrombe model look.
 
back when I was in shape, I had a girlfriend say "your arms are too big"

then when I lost the size she said "you know brandon, your arms have really gotten smaller. they don't look the same in shirts"

make sure YOU like how you look, cause women are crazy anyway :)

nice bro... im lookin to be at 210- 215 around 5% this september.. i need to loose a fwe lbs since im at 246 and at "16%" even tho i can see all abs and some obliques, lol. prob more like 13%. the clen is going to help along with a plethora of other drugs.
sucks being tall.. 6'2'' as well and i feel skinny fat now. just like my twin slat. lol
 
235 and 14% now....on my way to 215 and 8% range. I like being able to see my abs w/o flexing them....220 should look good.

havent touched anything in over a full year..
i jsut use a fork and knife and a thing called westside..
im completely screwed as i want to compete in the 242's the only good thing is my equipment stil fits me since i bought it big lol

i am gonna try to diet down some..im pulling the sled 3x week so that will help a lot

When my girlfriend always tells me I love when you put your big arms around me, I am wondering if the others ones like it too. :) j/k well maybey
 
5'8" and 188lbs first thing in the morning here.

200lbs is my goal then diet down to 190 and be lean.

Lets see at 8-10lbs/inch I would weigh about 236-248 at 6'2"....
 
yeah, i go through phases of feeling skinny.. then fat.

Gonelifting, I am going for balance and symetry.. some things just seem to respond more (arms) I really don't work them directly too much.. always just a set or two at the end of the day... they aren't THAT big..maybe 18" when pumped.

when i bulk it seems to go straight to my waist. Im cutting some more until summer is in full swing. Lotsa time at the beach this year.
 
is 18" bigger than your neck and calves? If not then you're right in line with proportions.

thats pretty good, I need to get my arms and calves up to my neck - not the other way around.
 
I've got a lot more work to do, that's for sure.

thats about my frame bro... 246. but i am going to try to stay a lot leaner after comp around 230 - 235 at 7-8% year round instead of getti fat, lol
