ok some facts i need to point out once again. they knew about me showing up there because of one thing. the slip. they leave a slip in your box when you receive a package. this fuck told me the package did fit in the mailbox, but he opened it up and duplicated it one inch bigger in diameter so that it would not fit in the box. this results with me getting a slip in the box. i go after hours the same day and i pick the slip up and take it home. this is what lead them to gather and prepare for a bust. after reading all these posts, i have learned a lesson. i should not have opened my FUCKIN MOUTH! zygla pointed something out real well. but i figured if it was shipped to my name, and i was caught red-handed, im fucked. but the charge is a felony/misd possession for sale of a controled substance, obviously i will plea not guilty because i didnt sell shit. it was for personal use, i could use 500 per cycle at 50mg ED for 8 weeks which i intended to do anyway because dbol works great for me, i was getting a good deal on the thai dbol from someone in thailand who is a very good friend of mine. i make $7 an hour, so i can not afford to pay alot for gear. im just a kid and i dont think this will be big like i thought when i posted this.

but i must say, this detective knew about me sending money W/U and knew where i used the computers exactly in 2 locations. i was shocked. how the hell can he find out my email addy!!

I work in criminal defense in San Diego. You have very little to wrry about. They will probably drop the charges to a misdameanor and you will pay a fine and possibly be on probation.

Do not speak to the D.A. or U.S. attorney on the case depending on whether they are going to file charges under state or federal. When they read you your rights and tell you "what you say can and will be used against you". They are not lying. Do not speak to them. You will be assigned a public defender from the county office or from the federal puyblic defender's office. Use them. You have little to nothing to worry about.

I hope you're right bro...I get arraigned in 2 days for 200 anadrol that were coming from thailand. i also had 200 dbol and 2 bottles of eq when they executed the warrant....Bunch of bullshit, they tried to pin distribution on me as well. You'd think those fuckers would have something better to do...

damn bro 200 anadrols? i dont understand how the AAS dose can be justified. 100 tabs = 1 dose. because you can have 100 dbol = 1 dose, but 100 a-50 = 1 dose also? damn you are going to court for 2 doses? im getting arraigned on the 28th for 16 doses. if thats the case. i wish you good luck bro. and to me as well.

My experience is that I have been there before brother. You will be offered a plea bargain. If there is a Felony charge there, it might be that you were importing a controlled substance, but I'm not sure about that. They WILL OFFER YOU A PLEA based on your priors(none), and how serious of an offense they consider this to be(not too much so I'll bet). The plea will more than likely be "Posesssion" or something similar, and you MIGHT have to attend some classes where you will be sitting around with a bunch of junkies who will try to make you think that you have the same problems as they do. That also might require that you do occasional drug tests, but weather or not they will test for AAS is anyones guess. If this is a Federal charge brother, then your 1500 tabs of Dbol amounts to 15 doses based on the Federal standards for measuring doses for AAS-- 1 dose = 100 tabs, and 10cc = 1 dose. 15 doses would be the equivillent of being caught with say 15 tabs of Tylenol w/ Codeine(another CIII Susbstance). Does that sound like a Felony charge to you??? That's nothing bro. You'll be fine.

Thank you for explaining how the feds looked at AAS doses. I was trying to figure out if they thought that 500 tabs of dbol would be as bad as 500 hits of ecstacy. I know they are different schedule drugs but I didn't know if the the feds took dosing into effect when they decided whether you are trafficking or not. Great info!

I was wondering about your last statement,were you said they new what puters you used and about you sending money W/U.Don't the cops have to have a search warrant signed by a judge to get that kind of information?Isn't it like a tap on your phone,they need a search warrant??If they do need a surch warrant then ask them to show it to you,and if they cant,then maybe your home free!Just a thought!

Not since sept 11th...a law was passed that no search warrants will be needed to access email
