40lb = impossible in 4 weeks, but if you would give it a try I would do this:
250mg Test prop EOD
250mg Nandrolone Phenylprop EOD
2g Primobolan taken once day 1
Drol 50mg ED
Dbol 30mg ED
Slin Post every workout starting at 6, then 8m, then 10 and stopping at 15
Diet: Protein 40g once every hour-1½, carbs high and fat pretty low during the morning and afternoon. During the evening, if you wokrout in the morning you go with more oil and solid proteinfood like chicken and so on..
Training: EOD, maybe something like DC style or HIT, go intense and then go home and eat.
Sleeping aid: 5-HTP, inositol, valerina..all these to make you sleep better as you will need the rest. No idea to do anything but this, living like a pro, so take 5-6 weeks off your work.
